Hunter Training Systems: Poor Man Glute/ Ham Raise


This is a MUST do for all athletes! If you are an athlete and you are currently doing hamstring curls on the machine, YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME!!! In order to get a response from the hamstrings , they must be loaded in the stretched position. How many times do you see athletes getting hurt from pulled hamstrings? Why? Simple, they don't train them properly. This exercise will prevent injury, increase speed, strength, and power!
