The order of exercises: Crunch, bicycle, alternate crunch, plank, legs scissors, mountain climbers, side plank, rowers, hanging runs, hanging knee raises, V- sit crunches, Cobras, legs raised crunches, crossover crunches, reverse crunches, sky reachers, hanging alternate knee raises, alternate supermen, supermen, one leg 90 degree crunches and hanging side raises.
